Long Life Part 3 - High Frequency and Lifespan

Happy Monday!  I hope all is well and that you are ready for more important info on increasing your overall health and wellbeing so that you can live a long full life!

I am so eager to share the 3rd contributor to longer life so that you can start right now and take a few simple steps to increase your wellbeing and impact your life span.

In order to understand what I am about to share, you need to know some basics about health and wellness.

Most people think that health is when there is no sickness, disease, disorder, pain or problem.  Well, these things are actually signs and symptoms of health or ill-health.  

Health and wellness are actually determined by something else.  

Mental and physical health are actually determined by the resonate frequency within your body, specifically at the cellular level. The main system in the body that regulates order, balance, and health is your energy system.  

In a nutshell, 

all matter on this planet is made of atoms which produce, emit, and receive energy and operates at a specific frequency. This includes us, human beings.  Every cell in your body is subtly vibrating at a frequency.

To keep it simple, 

A healthy frequency in your body keeps you in health mode.  A healthy frequency is higher and the wave patterns are strong and close together.

An unhealthy frequency in your body will result in mental, emotional, or physical ill-health.  An unhealthy frequency is lower and the wave patterns are weaker and further apart.

Pretty much,

Every health issue, problem, disorder, disease, or condition is related to a low-frequency pattern in the body.

The body resonates between 62 to 72 Hz when healthy. If the frequency drops due to environmental, physiological, or psychological factors, our body’s systems and health are compromised.

This is the good part!

Because there is scientific proof that our body’s health is linked to the healthy frequency of our cells, ALL we have to do to stay in relatively good health, is keep our resonant frequency up.

Long Life Factor #3 -High internal frequency patterns.

If we are intentional about raising our frequency every day and keeping it from getting low, we will stay healthy and well.   Our immune systems will work well, and cells will protect themselves from damage and fraying.

So, how to raise our internal frequency?

This is a great question that I am so happy to answer.  There are some easy tips for raising internal frequencies that anyone at any age can do, and these easy tips are scientifically backed and even better!

The Bible backs it up too!

Many of the studied and documented ways to elevate and raise your frequencies are mentioned in the Bible, over 2,000 years ago.  God knows what we need to do to live and stay well!  Scientists are just now figuring it out!


  1. Speak something you are thankful for out loud - (1Thes. 5:18)
  2. Spend time in nature - (Job 12:7-10)
  3. Give someone else a compliment - (Prov. 18:21)
  4. Take a deep breath - (Job 33:4) (Acts 17:25)
  5. Give and receive a hug  - produces oxytocin and promotes health (Isaiah 42:5)
  6. Use essential oils - (James 5:14)
  7. Laugh - (Proverbs 17:22)
  8. Smile - (Phil. 4:4)
